Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active state licensing as required by Wisconsin for insurance sales and management roles.

Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team effectively.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and develop sales strategies accordingly.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to enhance productivity and record management.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team targets.

Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase insurance sales and expand client base.

Client Management: Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and understand customer needs.

Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing feedback and development plans for improvement.

Training and Development: Mentor team members, providing guidance and support in skills development and career progression.
