Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance agent license in Wisconsin, with preference for additional certifications in sales and management.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with a capacity to clearly convey complex information.

Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty through exemplary service.

Leadership: Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs in a hybrid work environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and insurance sales software.

Responsibilities

Client Management: Lead a team to manage existing client accounts and ensure exceptional customer service to maintain client retention.

Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and develop junior sales representatives to achieve their potential and meet company targets.

Portfolio Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's clientele.

Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to understand the latest trends and competitive offerings in the insurance industry.

Sales Strategy: Create and implement innovative sales strategies to increase company market share and sales revenue.

Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster a cohesive and supportive network.
