Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Willingness to pursue state insurance licensing within the first 90 days of employment.

Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred but not required.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Sales Acumen: A strong interest in sales and customer service, with a goal-driven attitude.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Technology: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

Flexibility: Adaptability in working both remotely and in a traditional office setting.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage and communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and assist them comprehensively.

Learning and Development: Commit to ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on insurance products and industry regulations.

Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by preparing proposals and processing sales documentation efficiently.

Portfolio Management: Assist in reviewing client portfolios and suggesting necessary adjustments to meet evolving needs and ensure satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with peers and superiors to achieve business goals and foster a supportive work environment.

Compliance: Adhere strictly to insurance industry regulations and company policies to maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
