Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

- Enthusiasm for starting a career in insurance sales and a willingness to learn.

- High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related field is advantageous.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

- Willingness to receive constructive feedback and act upon it for both personal and professional growth.

- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.

- Proficiency with basic computer applications; experience with CRM systems is beneficial.

- Must be eligible to obtain relevant state insurance licenses.

- Commute flexibility for hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.

Lead Development: Assist in generating leads by identifying potential clients.

Policy Presentation: Present insurance policies to clients transparently and effectively.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
