Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active insurance license is preferable, though not required as training will be provided.

Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to meet client needs and build lasting relationships.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Connect actively with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide innovative solutions.

Learning and Development: Participate in continuous training and development sessions to enhance sales and industry knowledge.

Policy Presentation: Clearly explain insurance policies to clients, helping them make informed decisions.

Market Research: Conduct research on potential markets and build strategies to engage with untapped client bases.

Performance Tracking: Regularly review and assess sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.

Community Involvement: Engage with the La Crosse community to build brand presence and develop local relationships.
