Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Develop strategies to identify and attract potential clients in the insurance market.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and personalized service.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the industry.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients.

Negotiation: Engage in negotiations to secure new business deals and policy agreements with potential clients.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports to monitor progress and achieve sales targets.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
