Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.




Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and goal achievement.




Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.




Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, forecast revenue, and adjust strategies.




Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and deliver effective promotional campaigns.




Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with senior agents to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to individual client needs.




Assisting with Client Acquisition: Support senior agents in identifying potential clients and facilitating introductory meetings.




Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.




Learning and Growth: Actively engage in ongoing professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.




Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and innovative solutions for client needs.




Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.



Responsibilities

Licensing: Must have or be able to obtain necessary Wisconsin insurance licenses within a specified period.




Experience: Previous experience in sales, management, or customer service roles is an advantage, though not mandatory.




Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
