License: Required to have a valid Minnesota insurance license.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a management or team leadership role.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Adaptability: Comfortable with hybrid remote work and available for regular in-office meetings in Granite Falls, Minnesota.
