Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance license in Minnesota.
Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales, preferably with managerial experience.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze sales metrics and adapt strategies to improve performance.
Technology: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales-related software.

Adaptability: Capable of working in both in-office and remote settings.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team, inspiring them to achieve and surpass sales targets.
