Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

Licensure: Must hold an active insurance license in Minnesota.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in insurance sales with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving sales goals.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team and drive collective success.

Tech Proficiency: Competence with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Management: Lead and inspire a team of insurance sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and market penetration.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze team performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

Training and Development: Oversee training programs to ensure staff is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
