Licensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving sales targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
