Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License required.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving sales targets.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.

Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Remote Work: Comfortable managing a team in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of insurance sales agents, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Training and Development: Oversee the training and development of sales agents, helping them improve their skills and performance.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess sales performance and provide feedback and support to exceed targets.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.

Administrative Oversight: Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
