Experience: Previous experience in sales or management roles, especially within the insurance sector, is highly desirable.

Licensing: A valid Minnesota insurance license is required or the willingness to obtain one within a defined period.

Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing customer accounts.

Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant sales and management tools.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office responsibilities with remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance the agency's growth and profitability.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Team Development: Train, mentor, and guide sales staff to reach their full potential and achieve career aspirations.

Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Performance Reporting: Develop and present performance and sales reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
