Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Punctual and reliable with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently licensed preferred.
- Professional demeanor with strong basic office skills including internet navigation, Word, Excel, and utilization of Adobe PDF.
- Proficient in email and phone etiquette.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities
As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and driving sales. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing client inquiries, and focusing on selling our insurance products. This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and claims processes.
- Focus on selling insurance policies to meet client needs and achieve sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate professional email and phone etiquette.
- Learn and stay updated on insurance products and services.
- Work towards obtaining necessary insurance licenses if not already licensed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
