As our new Front Desk Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. Requirements


Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook and Word).

Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently.

*Previous experience in Insurance industry a plus.

Responsibilities

Client Reception: Greet clients warmly, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and provide assistance as needed.

Phone Inquiries: Handle phone calls professionally, answering queries, and directing calls to the correct departments.

Opportunity Generation: Proactively identify and call out cross-sell opportunities for current clients.

Administrative Support: Assist in general office tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry to support daily operations.

Customer Service: Resolving customer issues related to insurance policies, claims, and billing concerns while maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.

Business Knowledge: Gain an understanding of specific company products to effectivley match customer needs to the appropriate prodcut lline.
