Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
Valid California Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
Valid California Life & Health Insurance License (desired).
Fluency in both English and Spanish (required).
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a dedicated office environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, providing expert insurance advice.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements for auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
Present and explain policy options clearly, ensuring clients understand their coverage.
Process applications, policy changes, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base, fostering loyalty and retention.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and closing techniques.
Collaborate with the agent to develop and implement sales strategies.
