What Were Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required we will train the right person
• Experience using various types of technology and software programs (i.e.: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, etc.)
• People-oriented, organized and be able to work independently, as well as, with the team
• Current insurance license preferred, but not required (must be willing to obtain if not licensed).
• If not already licensed, must obtain licensing within 45 days of hire (licensing materials provided free of charge)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on insurance options and recommend solutions to meet their needs.
• Generate quotes, process applications, and close sales.
• Work toward monthly sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
