We are actively looking for a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative who is enthusiastic about helping others, has a great work ethic as well as a positive and fun demeanor.

It is very important to us that our clients are taken care of. We want someone who wants to be a part of a supportive, down-to-earth and fun-loving team that can provide that amazing level of service!

This is a part time position that can potentially turn into full time! Bonus if already licensed and/or are bilingual in English/Spanish!

Salary Range: $14.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Pleasant personality and dependable
• Must be comfortable working/speaking with new, and existing, clients face to face and via phone
• Must be skilled in using computer programs and must be very comfortable with using various types of technology and software programs (i.e.: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Typing level at 55 WPM minimum
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• People-oriented, organized and be able to work independently, as well as, with the team
• Ability to multi-task and has excellent attention to detail
• Licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Accident/Health.
• If not already licensed, must obtain licensing within 45 days of hire (licensing materials provided free of charge)

• Establish customer relationships via phone, email, and face to face
• Answer phones/ incoming calls as well as making outbound calls
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Some sales required
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
