Our agency is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual to join our team. This program is designed to provide individuals an opportunity to grow their skills and business knowledge to become a Farmers agency owner while working with our Agency. This Intern can learn from an experienced industry professional as well as have access to the award-winning University of Farmers training program that is designed to introduce tools that will help the Intern grow as a business owner should he or she one day build their own Farmers agency.
Salary Range: $24,000.00 - $74,999.99 per year

Requirements
We are always on the lookout for individuals who are looking to take control of their future, and if you're interested, we would love to speak with you. There are a couple things we need from you though:
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Desire to be active in community and really help people navigate insurance needs
- No bankruptcies within the last year
- Not more than $5000 in collections
- Favorable criminal record with no felonies
- Be willing to work towards getting your Tx General Lines Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales
- Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems and other internet technologies
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists
