Insurance Sales & Service Representative (In-Office)
Job Overview
Westchase Agency – Allstate is hiring a motivated, in-office Insurance Sales & Service Representative in the Tampa (Westchase) area.
This is a sales-focused role combining new business production and customer service. You will work warm inbound opportunities, cross-sell our existing client base, and prospect—including occasional cold calling—to meet and exceed personal income and agency goals.
We are looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, and willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. No insurance experience is required—we will train the right person.
Candidates must be local (within approximately 15 miles) and able to work full-time in the office.
Compensation includes base salary plus commission and bonus, with income potential of $100,000+.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Strong work ethic and competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Willingness to prospect and do what it takes to hit goals
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Coachable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must live within approximately 15 miles of the office
- Some college preferred; college degree is a plus
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to obtain a Florida insurance license (we will assist)
Responsibilities
- Quote and close new business (auto, home, life, umbrella)
- Work warm inbound leads and follow up on opportunities
- Cross-sell additional coverage to existing customers
- Prospect for new business, including occasional cold calling
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Provide strong customer service with a sales-first mindset
- Meet or exceed individual and team production goals
