What You’ll Do: We're looking for a motivated Insurance Producer to join our expanding Property & Casualty division. As part of our team, you’ll prospect, qualify, and convert leads into satisfied clients—all from the comfort of your home. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, independence, and a strong drive to succeed.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

What You Bring:

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Proven sales experience (Insurance sales experience preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills (virtual selling experience a plus)
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Results-driven and committed to exceeding expectations
• Familiarity with CRM software and virtual sales tools (e.g., Zoom, Salesforce)
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
