Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Our award winning Farmers Insurance agency is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great opportunity. This person would ideally have 1 to 2 years in the P&C insurance industry. Someone who is familiar and confident with homeowners insurance. Farmers Insurance experience is preferred. We offer a base salary with commission and bonuses, along with long term career advancement available. • Review homeowners policies and discuss increases.
• Issue new policies with Farmers and other carriers if Farmers declines.
• Assist call ins with adding cars and policy questions.
• Assist walk ins with questions as needed.
• Review Insurance products we offer with new and current clients.
• Review policy changes with clients to ensure they are comfortable and happy with their insurance policies..
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Work closely with co-workers to achieve agency goals.
