Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements

Self-motivated professionals with a drive to succeed.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

An entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Sales experience is a plus, but not required—our training program will set you up for success.

Ability to obtain insurance licenses - Property, Casualty, Life, and Health.

Willingness to learn and open to coaching.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a portfolio of clients, helping them protect their assets with tailored insurance solutions.

Develop relationships in your community to drive referrals and expand your client base.

Educate clients on the benefits of comprehensive coverage for auto, home, life, and business insurance.

Partner with Farmers to achieve your goals while leveraging cutting-edge tools and resources.
