Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $40,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $20,000

Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $40,000 and our top earners can expect to make an additional $40,000 in commission.

Hands on Training

• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty insurance license required, or must be willing to obtain one, we will cover all licensing costs
• Availability: Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
• Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or customer-facing roles is preferred
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a remote environment
• Sales-Driven: Comfortable working in a performance-based role with daily/weekly activity goals
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools, quoting systems, and virtual communication platforms
• Self-Motivated: Able to manage time effectively, follow up on leads, and stay focused while working from home
• Adaptability: Willingness to continuously learn product offerings, systems, and sales strategies

• Sell auto, home, and life insurance policies to individuals and families across multiple states
• Follow a proven, structured sales process—no guesswork required
• Work warm, pre-qualified leads provided by the agency
• Maintain high closing rates by following up consistently and effectively
