Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty insurance license required, or must be willing to obtain one before starting
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
- Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a remote environment
- Sales-Driven: Comfortable working in a performance-based role with daily/weekly activity goals
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools, quoting systems, and virtual communication platforms
- Self-Motivated: Able to manage time effectively, follow up on leads, and stay focused while working from home
- Adaptability: Willingness to continuously learn product offerings, systems, and sales strategies
Responsibilities
- Sell auto, home, and life insurance policies to individuals and families across multiple states
- Follow a proven, structured sales process—no guesswork required
- Work warm, pre-qualified leads provided by the agency
- Maintain high closing rates by following up consistently and effectively
- Educate clients on coverage options and deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process
