Requirements

Insurance License: Possess a valid insurance license for the state of Ohio or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.


Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help clients protect their assets and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.

Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base and meet sales targets.


Policy Review: Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to ensure their coverage remains adequate and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.


Claims Assistance: Assisting clients with the claims process, including filing claims, coordinating with insurance carriers, and advocating for clients' best interests.


Client Education: Provide clients with information about insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies to help them make informed decisions.
