Immediate opening for a flexible, part-time floor care technician preferable with experience cleaning carpets, tile & grout, strip & waxing floors, etc. for work to be completed Friday evenings and on Saturdays in office environments in Berks & Lancaster Counties. This position requires a strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done, reliability and good communication skills. an ability to work independently and follow established processes, and a strong work ethic and commitment to quality If you find value in a job well done, then this is the job for you.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per year

• Prior commercial floor care cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Must be able to speak, interpret and read the English language with fluency
• Ability to follow schedules, keep commitments & demonstrate professionalism
• Able to bend, reach and lift up to 30 pounds comfortably
• Have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation.
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check, including criminal history.

• Clean and maintain carpets, tile, grout, and hard surface floors
• Strip, wax, buff, and burnish flooring for a polished finish
• Operate floor care machines and cleaning tools safely and effectively
• Move furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning access
• Perform occasional non-floor tasks, such as cleaning interior windows and blinds
• Follow schedules and complete work within timeframes
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas organized
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required protective gear
