We're seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative to manage client accounts, handle service requests, and support retention efforts. This is a fully remote role suited for someone who thrives in a structured environment, can manage multiple responsibilities independently, and values delivering a high level of service. You will play a critical role in maintaining client relationships, ensuring policy accuracy, and supporting a seamless client experience across the agency.

  • Base salary of $36,000-$58,000 based on experience

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • Prior insurance or customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Dependable, consistent, and accountable in daily work
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle client issues effectively
  • Coachable with a willingness to continuously improve
Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound client requests including policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews
  • Process endorsements accurately and ensure policies reflect current client needs
  • Follow up on open tasks and pending items to ensure timely completion
  • Review accounts for coverage gaps and communicate solutions to clients
  • Handle client concerns and escalations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Support a consistent, high-quality client experience through organization and responsiveness
