Tennessee Men’s Clinic, powered by MensPro Health, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to lead daily operations at our specialty men’s health clinic in Murfreesboro. This role is ideal for a proactive, performance-driven leader with a passion for patient-centered care and operational excellence. Our clinic provides advanced treatments in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), erectile dysfunction (ED), weight management, and comprehensive men’s wellness services.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• College degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of healthcare or clinic management experience, ideally in men’s health, urology, endocrinology, wellness, or related specialties.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks).
• Demonstrated ability to achieve operational, financial, and performance goals.
• Familiarity with TRT and men’s wellness services is a strong plus.
• Must be able to work on-site in Murfreesboro, TN.

Clinic Operations

• Direct and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality performance.
• Establish and refine workflows to maintain smooth clinic functioning.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise both clinical and administrative staff.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture with a strong focus on patient outcomes.

Patient Experience

• Champion a superior patient experience by maintaining a warm, professional, and patient-focused environment.
• Address patient concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all federal and state regulatory standards.
• Implement and maintain internal quality control processes.

Scheduling & Workflow Management

• Manage staff and provider schedules to optimize productivity and reduce patient wait times.
• Oversee daily patient flow to ensure a seamless visit experience.

Inventory & Supplies

• Maintain appropriate levels of medical and office supplies.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee purchasing and inventory control.

Marketing & Outreach

• Support local marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts to grow the clinic’s presence.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote men’s health services and increase patient volume.
