Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in insurance sales or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Insurance license or willingness to obtain one (if not already licensed).
Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
  • Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend suitable policies based on their needs and budget.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to policy issuance and beyond.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to effectively advise clients and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
