We are looking for the top experienced sales talent to join our Mentorship program as Protege Agent. Learn from one of the top 1% Farmers Insurance Agents in the COMPANY, prove yourself in sales, and be on a fast track to agency ownership.
We are a full-service multi-line insurance company that offers Auto, Home, Umbrella, Business, Specialty, and Life Insurance. We also offer Financial Services - requiring the SIE, Series 6 and 63. General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health licenses are required for consideration.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is required, must be obtained within 60 days.
- Successful sales background.
Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- 90 Day probationary period to start - consistent sales to be considered formally for the program by the District 20 Office. I can help you WIN!
