The Megan Toole Agency is a full-service multi-line insurance agency where we sell Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Specialty, and Life Insurance. We are looking for a bilingual customer service representative to join our team.

Not currently licensed? No problem! You’ll need to obtain your insurance license within 60 days of your start date (we’ll help guide you through the process).

Salary Range: $18.00 per hour

• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
• Onboarding support
