As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Proven experience as an Insurance Account Manager or in a similar role is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services is required, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using insurance software, and relevant insurance licenses and certifications are a plus.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring all their insurance needs are met and policies are up to date.
Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
Policy Administration: Handle policy renewals, amendments, and cancellations efficiently.
Claims Support: Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and support.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitive offerings to provide clients with the best advice.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve company goals and improve processes.
