Join McMullin Insurance, Inc as an Insurance Sales and service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will handle incoming calls, address inquiries, and offer expert advice to ensure our clients have the coverage they need.
Remote work will be considered for applicants with a 220 license and Allstate experience.
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

- Insurance License: Must possess an active Florida 220 or 440 Insurance License.
- Insurance Sales Experience is required.

Client Consultation: Understand clients' insurance needs and provide expert advice and guidance. Inbound Sales: Handle incoming sales calls, answer inquiries, and convert leads into customers. Policy Customization: Tailor insurance policies to meet clients' unique requirements and provide comprehensive coverage.Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products to enhance clients' coverage and increase sales.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust in our agency.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and changes in insurance regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
