As an Insurance Sales Representative, youll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and providing personalized insurance solutions. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance background a plus)
Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other strategies
Assess client needs and present appropriate insurance products (life, auto, home, business, health, etc.)
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
Maintain thorough knowledge of products and compliance requirements
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Keep accurate records using CRM tools
