• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-focused role is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns and find solutions.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to details, ensuring accuracy in all interactions and documentation.

• Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance concepts and terminology is a plus.

• Client Support: Assist policyholders with inquiries, changes to policies, and claim submissions with professionalism and empathy.
• Policy Management: Maintain accurate records, update policies as needed, and ensure all client information is up to date.
• Customer Assistance: Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing timely and accurate information to address client needs.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
• Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and follow-up tasks to support client requests and company processes.
