We are looking for an administrative/executive assistant, who can also balance commercial lines customer service with some opportunity and responsibility to generate new business by working with incoming personal lines leads.

*Property and Casualty General licensing is preferred however; we are willing to train and assist with candidate licensing during the first 30 days of employment.

*Life & Health General licensing would be a plus

Salary Range: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

• Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills; able to create relationships from a cold start
• Experience as an admin assistant or in sales, customer service, or telemarketing
• Prior Insurance Sales Experience (Preferred).
• Property & Casualty license (Preferred)
• Life & Health license (Preferred).
• Completion of skills and personality assessment

• Assist with new business production goals and objectives as established by management
• Manage email, calendars, and appointments for senior agents
• Issue Certificates of Insurance
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products and services
• Maintain a clean office environment and appearance (general office cleaning)
