Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Insurance License: Must possess a valid Life & Health insurance license in the state of Texas. Also having a P&C license is a plus.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably selling Medicare and life insurance.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Customer Service Orientation: A genuine desire to help clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales targets.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in policy documentation and record keeping.
Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce our insurance services and generate new business.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
Policy Sales: Present insurance options to clients and explain the benefits and features of each policy.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies sold, and follow-up activities.
