Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust plans and strategies in a dynamic environment.

Tech-Savvy: Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.

Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to fruition.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Graphic Design a must

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with McKinney Insurance Services' goals and objectives.

Campaign Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets within the organization as well as managing the reimbursement opportunities through our carrier partnerships.

Market Analysis: Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with insureds, carriers, and vendors.
