Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable managing office equipment.
Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and carriers.
