You will work closely with our sales team to assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to our existing client base.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the insurance industry and a strong knowledge of insurance products and services. Salary Range: $18.00 per hour

Requirements

- Previous or current experience in the insurance industry with 440 or 220 licence

- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service

- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues

- Proficient in using computer systems and software

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

- Answer client inquiries and provide insurance information and guidance

- Process policy changes and update client accounts

- Resolve client issues and escalate as necessary

- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to existing clients

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet client needs and goals

- Maintain accurate records and documentation
