- Full-Time Commercial Lines Account Manager position (CSR) managing $3,000,000 book of business. Must have experience in servicing Commercial Insurance accounts (Property, General Liability, Auto, Workers Compensation, etc.). Dependability, warm and friendly disposition, and engaging customers over the phone are top requirements. .

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
Insurance Knowledge/License:
- GA P&C License
- 3 years commercial insurance experience
- AMS360 experience
- Microsoft Office
Excellent Communication Skills:
- Team player and being respectful to co-workers is the most important qualification.
- Polite and patient customer interaction is a must whether it is an incoming/outgoing call or email.
- Ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts to customers in a professional and approachable manner whether verbal or written
Customer Service Focus:
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service and resolving issues promptly.
Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with AMS360 agency management system, and Microsoft office.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to analyze customer situations, identify potential solutions, and effectively address concerns and comfortable asking for assistance if necessary.
Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding policy inquiries, coverage questions, billing issues, and claims information.
- Effectively address customer concerns and complaints, finding solutions within company guidelines.
- Provide detailed explanations of policy terms and conditions to customers.
- Process policy changes to customer policies.
Policy Administration:
- Verify customer information and access policy details within the agency management system.
- Generate policy documents and provide proof of insurance upon request.
- Review renewals with the Renewal Manager and offer assistance and backup in the process of obtaining quotes and generating proposals.
- Update customer records accurately with policy changes and relevant information.
- Set and maintain suspense activities using AMS360.
Sales Support:
- Identify potential cross-selling opportunities and present relevant insurance products to customers based on their needs.
- Refer customers to sales agents for new policy quotes or complex coverage requirements.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to customer service.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and issues within the AMS360.
- Monitor and report customer feedback to relevant teams to identify areas for improvement.
