We are looking for a Remote Insurance Customer Service Rep who is passionate about helping clients, solving problems, and driving results. This is a hybrid role combining customer service with new business development, ideal for someone who enjoys both building relationships and closing sales.

  • Base Salary of $35,000-$45,000 (depending on experience) plus commissions with first-year earnings between $45,000 and $65,000

Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one
  • Prior experience in insurance service or sales
  • Strong customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to prospect, present, and close new business
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, email, and other digital tools
Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through prompt, thoughtful communication
  • Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend solutions
  • Prospect and follow up on new business opportunities
  • Quote and sell policies across personal lines
  • Assist clients with policy changes, questions, and coverage updates
