Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• An Associate's Degree/Bachelor’s Degree is a plus!
• Basic computer software knowledge including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Word).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude, professional phone and office etiquette.

Process customer policy change requests.

Be outstanding at relationship building.

Provide on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and their personal goals.

Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.

Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
