We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing/Lead Generation Specialist to join our Corporate Leadership Solutions team. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing initiatives to generate and nurture leads, optimize inbound strategies, and manage digital and social media campaigns. Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing or related fields.
- Proficient in CRM, CMS, MAP, and digital tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience in website management, SEO, and paid search campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Build and manage a robust content/editorial calendar, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars to attract a qualified audience.
- Lead Generation: Drive new leads by converting website traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and compelling lead generation content.
- Automation & Optimization: Enhance marketing automation and lead nurturing processes across email, content, and social media channels.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, web traffic, and user behavior. Provide weekly performance updates and develop action plans to address lead funnel gaps.
- Social Media Management: Execute social media strategies, including scheduling, monitoring, and writing posts while updating website content, landing pages, and blogs as needed.
- Marketing Collateral: Coordinate the editing, production, and distribution of marketing materials related to Corporate Leadership Solutions (CLS) offerings.
- Systems & Administrative Support: Communicate with vendors, track marketing expenses, manage invoices, and provide administrative support for the Corporate Solutions Group.
