Job Overview

The Global Expansion Sales Director is responsible for leading and executing the Enterprise global sales strategy and the achievement of target metrics through global sales teams, providing coaching to sales team leadership, and driving sales growth with each of our Maxwell Leadership Platforms, Partnership Platforms and Functional Agreement Partners.

Salary Range: $155,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar sales leadership role in a relevant industry/sector; experience with international sales is a plus
  • Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a competitive, multicultural market environment
  • Experience in working cross-culturally and an understanding of certification memberships
  • Proven track record in sales management within an international context
  • Strong understanding of global markets, sales strategies, and international business practices.
Responsibilities

Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Oversee/manage the leaders in the Global Expansion Sales Team to include Romania, France, Poland, Germany, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, and any to be added in the future
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the Global Expansion Sales Team to high performance including setting teams sales targets, and providing coaching and professional development
  • Train and develop Sales Directors/sales management roles as needed for new and existing platforms
  • Help Global Expansion Platforms to define their individual sales goals and be a support person for goal attainment
  • Establish clear performance metrics, provide regular feedback, and support professional development and career growth
  • Coach, hold accountable, drive, and monitor performance to sales quotas
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency in all platforms
  • Work with Platforms and Partners to create and develop monthly sales team campaigns
  • Work with Platforms and Partners to create and develop new sales offerings
  • Create and develop effective pricing strategies
  • Lead regular trainings, team calls, and interaction on social media and ZOOM
  • Stay current with global industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth in international sales.

Marketing Support:

  • Work in conjunction with Global Marketing Director and with Platforms and Partners to ensure that each team is creating, developing, and updating sales team tools for maximum effectiveness. (videos, flyers, one sheets, program descriptions, graphics, site access document, Member tools, etc.)
  • Assist/review of marketing’s campaigns, initiatives and leads (quantity, quality, performance) and communicate feedback to the Global Expansion marketing department
  • Collaborate with Global Expansion marketing department for updates, webpages, funnels, graphics, etc.

Operations Support:

  • Strategize with the Global Expansion Operations Director on initiatives and challenges specific to international sales markets, ensuring effective solutions and alignment with global objectives
  • Create, complete, and communicate standard operating procedures (SOP) of best practices, rules, etc.

Tech Support:

  • Recommend/develop new software/technology relating to sales

Budgeting & Finance Support:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to EVP of Global Expansion and Executive Leadership of Maxwell Leadership using Power BI or other needed tools


  • Other duties as assigned by EVP of Global Expansion.
