Outbound Insurance Sales Representative


Job Overview

The Larson Group is seeking an Outbound Sales Agent to join one of the top-performing teams in the country! You will be responsible for generating results by advising our future customers on their property and casualty insurance. 

We are looking for self-driven individuals who are “A” players that want to make a great living! Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. Our training and resources are top notch and if you have what it takes, we will take care of getting you up to speed. Your main goal will always be to put people’s best interest first in order to properly protect them. Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Requirements:


Must have your Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance License

Must be available 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:


Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.

Ensure that the Larson Group sales process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.

Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.

Responsible for accurate underwriting.

Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.

Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
