Salary Range: $180,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year

Requirements
- A genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and be coachable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and with urgency.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.
- Previous sales or insurance experience is not required, just the drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Build and maintain strong networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other professionals.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Create customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals.
- Provide personalized policy options based on client needs and goals.
- Offer ongoing support and information on new products and services to customers.
Growth and Learning:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new insurance products.
- Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to continually develop your skills.
