Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements
Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Must be coachable
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel
- Desire to be active in the community and really help people navigate insurance needs
- Desire to build a strong sales team to handle day-to-day operations
Responsibilities
- Learn the Insurance Industry from the Ground Up Gain expert knowledge of auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions.
- Develop Sales & Prospecting Skills Connect with potential clients, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Build long-term relationships with clients by educating them on policy options and guiding them through the insurance process.
- Master Marketing & Business Strategies Implement digital marketing, community engagement, and networking techniques to expand your client base.
