The Matthew Harms Agency is seeking an Inside Sales Producer to join one of the fastest growing insurance teams in Tennessee! You will be responsible for generating results through helping customers with their property and casualty insurance needs inside our book of business. Through helping customers, you will also be responsible for assessing cross-selling opportunities in order to decrease exposures and provide better protection.

Salary Range: $24,000 - $30,000

Possess high school diploma or relevant qualifications
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional ability to relate friendly with customers and visitors
Possess computer skills in various areas, like desktop publishing, email, word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
Possess general office skills, like filing, photocopying, posting outgoing mails, and distributing and sorting incoming mails
This position requires Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance licenses.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals and measurables by identifying sales opportunities inside the book of business.
- Perform policy reviews with current customers
- Active outreach to current customers as well as past customers and people that have been quoted in the past.
- Solve underwriting and inspection issues that come up.
- Assist with filing and handling claims.
- Provide service to current customers.
- Manage pipeline through company provided systems and follow up accordingly.
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
