Our agency is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Salary Range: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per year

Requirements

Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Must be highly self-motivated.

Professional phone etiquette.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Enthusiasm, optimism, and a willingness to see the good in every situation.

Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.

Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Document each customer contact in eAgent.

Take premium payments from customers.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Treat each customer contact as a cross-selling opportunity, including financial products.

Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses for each customer contact and update customer information accordingly.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Be outstanding at relationship building.
